1999 was a year of groundbreaking success for Englands biggest and most powerful football club, Manchester United. Despite dominating domestic football during the 90s, manager Alex Ferguson was yet to restore Manchester Uniteds European glory when in 1999, glory arrived in an unprecedented fashion.

Coming off a disappointing year, Manchester United start their season struggling to find consistency. Frustrations grow in the dressing room in spite of manager Alex Fergusons efforts to strengthen the squad to beat the reigning champions, Arsenal. The team finds hope in a sensational striking partnership but it all comes down to a nail-biting final day to decide who will win the league.

Facing their rivals at home and in Europe, the pressure is on for the young core of Manchester United. Yet to prove themselves on the biggest of stages, the team pull together on an extraordinary unbeaten run reaching the FA Cup Final at Wembley and putting them on the brink of history.
3 - Make History
After years of disappointment in Europe, Manchester United finally have the chance to restore the European glory of 1968 as they prepare for the Champions League Final. Captain Roy Keane and Paul Scholes absence however, looms large over a depleted midfield, bringing uncertainty to the team who find themselves trailing and letting slip the opportunity to make history and win the treble.
